An adult convert, Pastor Jeff came to Christ through the ministry of Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at Eastern Washington University in 1998. Jeff attended Golden Gate Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary) Pacific Northwest Campus from 2003 to 2007 earning a Master of Divinity. Jeff was on staff at North Addison Baptist Church in Spokane, WA in various roles for 11 years, from 2007 to 2017, before accepting a call to pastor at Trinity in December of 2017.

After extensive experience planting churches and doing missions throughout Eastern Africa and Africa-at-large, Pastor Joe moved to the United States 4 years ago. He has been the pastor of TIIF since its beginning in August of 2021.
He was the Presiding Bishop of Global Victors Chapel in Kenya for many years. He has a Master's in Theology from Northwest International Christian Seminary in Kent, WA.
